1. General Refund Policy
At DS SMS HUB (operated by Devionic Solutions), we strive to provide seamless digital services. However, due to the nature of digital goods (virtual numbers, airtime, data, and e-pins), most transactions are final and non-refundable once the service has been successfully delivered. Please read the specific policies for each service below.
2. Wallet Funding & Deposits
- Finality of Deposits: Funds deposited into your DS SMS HUB wallet are for the purpose of purchasing services on our platform. We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers for unused wallet balances.
- Usage: You must use your wallet balance to purchase services (Data, Airtime, Virtual Numbers, etc.) available on the site.
3. Virtual Numbers (One-Time Verification)
- Refund Eligibility: You are only charged for a virtual number if you successfully receive an SMS verification code within the active time window (usually 15-20 minutes).
- Automatic Refunds: If the timer expires and no code is received, the transaction is automatically cancelled, and the money is instantly returned to your DS SMS HUB wallet.
- No Refund After Code Delivery: Once a verification code has been received and displayed on your dashboard, the service is considered complete. No refunds will be issued, even if you do not use the code or if your account is later banned by the third-party service (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook).
4. Airtime and Data Bundles
- Incorrect Number: If you enter an incorrect phone number during purchase, DS SMS HUB cannot reverse the transaction or issue a refund. It is the user's responsibility to double-check the recipient number before confirming.
- System Failure: If a transaction fails due to a technical issue on our end or a network failure where value was not delivered, the amount will be automatically refunded to your DS SMS HUB wallet.
5. E-Pins (Recharge Card Printing)
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Electronic Pins (E-Pins) are sensitive digital assets. Once you have successfully purchased and generated an E-Pin (viewed or printed), it is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Reason: We cannot verify if a generated pin has been used or exposed to a third party. Please ensure you select the correct network and denomination before generating pins.
6. Social Media Boosting
Refunds for social media services (followers, likes, views) are generally not available once the order processing has begun. However, if an order remains "Pending" for more than 72 hours without starting, you may request a cancellation and a refund to your wallet.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service failure that was not automatically refunded, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
