1. Introduction

Welcome to DS SMS HUB, operated by Devionic Solutions. By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services (including virtual number verification, airtime/data purchase, e-pin printing, and social media boosting), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the DS SMS HUB website (dssmshub.com.ng) and any associated mobile applications.
  • "User" or "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Platform.
  • "Services" refers to all products offered by DS SMS HUB, including virtual numbers, telecom services (data/airtime), e-pins for recharge card printing, and social media marketing tools.

3. User Eligibility & Account Security

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and username). DS SMS HUB is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. One-Time Verification (Virtual Numbers)

  • Temporary Nature: Our virtual numbers are leased for temporary use (usually 15-20 minutes) solely for the purpose of receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). You do not own these numbers.
  • Prohibited Use: You strictly agree NOT to use these numbers for fraudulent activities, banking verification, government services, or harassment.
  • Availability: We do not guarantee 100% success rates for all services due to varying restrictions by third-party platforms. If a number fails to receive a code within the stipulated time, the transaction will be canceled, and your wallet will not be charged.
  • Message History: SMS content and verification codes are securely saved in our database. This allows you to view your past verifications in your dashboard and enables our support team to assist with any service issues.

5. Airtime, Data, and E-Pin Services

  • Instant Delivery: Airtime, data, and electronic pins (e-pins) for recharge card printing are processed instantly upon purchase.
  • User Error: It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure the phone number entered for airtime/data is correct. DS SMS HUB cannot reverse or refund airtime or data sent to a wrong number provided by the user.
  • Recharge Card Printing (E-Pins):
    • We provide valid e-pins for major Nigerian networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).
    • Once an e-pin is generated and revealed to you, it is considered used property. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for generated e-pins, as we cannot verify if they have been used by you or a third party.
    • You are responsible for the printing process. DS SMS HUB is not liable for printer errors, formatting issues, or ink costs incurred on your end.

6. Social Media Boosting Services

  • No Affiliation: DS SMS HUB is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
  • Risk Disclosure: While we use safe methods, using third-party boosting services carries inherent risks. We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or post deletions by the respective social media platforms.
  • Retention: We aim for high-retention services, but we do not guarantee that followers, likes, or views will be permanent, as social media algorithms constantly update.

7. Payment, Wallet & Refunds

  • Deposits: All deposits into your DS SMS HUB wallet are final. We do not offer cash refunds for wallet balances. Balances must be used to purchase services on the platform.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
  • No Refunds on Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products, E-Pins, Airtime, and Data purchases are non-refundable once delivered successfully. Refunds are only processed to your DS SMS HUB wallet if a system failure prevents delivery (e.g., a virtual number fails to receive an SMS).

8. Referral Program

Users earn a 10% commission on the first deposits of users they refer. DS SMS HUB reserves the right to withhold referral earnings or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent referral activities (e.g., creating multiple accounts to earn commissions).

9. Limitation of Liability

DS SMS HUB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Devionic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Any illegal purpose under Nigerian or International law.
  • Money laundering or financial fraud.
  • Spamming or phishing.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
